Deposits
Cancellation Policy
Service Rules
To confirm your onsite service appointment, a deposit may be required. This ensures the availability of our technicians for your specific location and time slot. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a late fee. No-shows for scheduled onsite visits will forfeit the deposit to cover travel and scheduling costs.
Please ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, stable surface with adequate space for our diagnostic mobile unit. Clients must be present or provide access to keys at the start of the service window.
Diaz Diagnostics & Repair reserves the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met. All diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the onsite inspection has commenced.
