Please review these requirements before scheduling onsite service.
Weather permitting
Onsite service depends on weather conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled if conditions prevent safe work.
A safe place to work
Service requires a safe, suitable onsite work area. Work may be declined or rescheduled if the location or conditions are unsafe.
No public parking lots
Onsite work is not performed in public parking lots. Please arrange a suitable private location where you have permission for the work.
Diagnostics paid upfront
The diagnostic fee must be paid before diagnosing begins. If you accept the repair quote, that fee is credited toward the repair cost.
50% before repairs
A deposit of 50% of the accepted repair quote is required before repair work begins.
